• 1992 – Legal set-up of the Company.
• 1995 – The activity is started on a small manual electrogalvanization plant in a rented facility.
• 1998 – The acquisition of the first hall in Bistrita with a covered area of 4,000 square meters
• 2000 – Commissioning of the new line of electrogalvanization
• 2000 – Commissioning of the strip hot dip galvanizing line with a single wire - Betak patented plant.
• 2002 – Increasing the strip hot dip galvanizing plant capacity to 4 wires
• 2002 – Commissioning the batch hot dip galvanizing plant in Bistrita
• 2003 – Purchasing a new hall in the city of Cluj-Napoca with a covered area of 7,000 square meters.
• 2005 – BETAK exports hot dip galvanized strip in the EU
• 2007 – Purchasing another 4,000 square meters hall in Bistrita.
• 2009 - TUV SUD certification of integrated management system according to ISO 9001:2008, ISO 14001:2004 and BS OHSAS 18001:2007
• 2009 – Commissioning the batch hot dip galvanizing plant at Cluj-Napoca
• 2010 – Commissioning  the safety guard rail production line at Bistrita
• 2011 – Doubling the stripping capacity
• 2014 - Welding certification according to EN ISO 3834 and EN ISO 1090
